juice is more than just merch.
its been a dream of mine to design clothing.
i’ve always wanted to create something bigger than me.
the early days of streaming was an interesting time. my best friend made the decision to start streaming. me, having dreamed of doing youtube since i was a kid (and tried…many times) felt that maybe that would be something i’d enjoy. at this point of time it was peak covid lockdown, and in australia it was intense. you were barely allowed to leave the suburb let alone anywhere else. there was nothing to do but connect with people online so i thought i’d give streaming a go. i had no clue what i was doing (and still don’t really), so i started with no knowledge of what world i was about to dip my toes into. i streamed stardew valley to no one but my best friend and a couple of my friends IRL who found out i’d started streaming. i endeavoured to learn more about how this streaming thing worked, from making things better, to learning how to interact, what things excite people and how to become the creator i truly wanted to be. i wanted to create a space where everyone felt accepted, everyone can unmask for a little to take a break from every day life.
many years later, lots of mental tribulations and speedhumps, here we are. i’ve met so many friends and helped create a beautiful community based on respect, love and acceptance. and now i’m lucky enough to reach a pipe dream i never thought i’d achieve; release a clothing brand to represent this collective we’ve created.
juice is a cumulation of all the dreams and creative ambitions i’ve poured my heart into for the last few years. making clothing and creating something that invokes emotion had always been nothing but a dream. but thanks to all of you, it is a living and breathing entity and i’m so excited to bring this to you so we can all be a part of this project and represent us as a community.
twitch, streaming and life is a fleeting thing. without streaming i wouldn’t have met any of you and this little thing has given me so much. i’ve met countless life long friends i never would have even crossed paths with if it weren’t for streaming. i’ve met people who have taught me so much that i feel has made me better as a person and grow more than i ever could. if you’ve been around for years, months or even just stumbled across me and Juice just now, i thank you for being here. you have truely changed my life and i don’t think theres anything i can do that embodies that appreciation alone.
so as i write this little story segment, with a screaming cat in the background, eating a giant bowl of porridge, i say thank you. if i serve as your daily entertainment, you’ve watched me even just for 5 minutes and i’ve put a smile on your face even once, i’ve already achieved what i’ve set out to do. i’m thankful to be even just be a speck in your beautiful life. juice is my sincere thank you to the community, to my friends and to all of you that have supported me to achieve this very thing. so please enjoy.
